can you put a adapter ring on a camcorder without threads?
My son has a camcorder and he wants a fisheye for it but the problem is it doesnt have any threads to screw the lens on. Is it possible put a adapter ring on a camcorder without threads?

There are quite a few "creative" skater/shooters who have used inexpensive (and non-threaded lens front) camcorders with fisheye adapters, by using a cleverly designed "stick-on" adapter ring with a magnetic lens mount for the fisheye lens.
If you'll post an update edit using the "Additional Details" link with your son's camcorder make/model #, I can check to see which lens diameter is best for its front ring. I can post a link to a specific model adapter that would work.
