Camera repair company lost my camera?
I sent in my camera to precision camera repairs and it was received last Thursday and i called today Thursday and they cant find it.How long should i let them search for it before i demand a replacement?The camcorder is a Sony hdrfx7.
So to you they have had it a week, call them again and say that they have until Monday, to find the camera, if they cant then you will be wanting a replacement camera, make sure you have the paperwork for your camera, bills, handbook, anything else you have. talk to a lawyer and see what the next step should be, I expect a few letters, phone calls Emails will have to be exchanged.
they will be insured for this sort of thing I know i am as posting expensive equipment through the post can be a problem.
