Bleach Help and Thoughts on Manic Panic Flash Lightening Kit?
So yesterday I tried Roux Violites bleaching powder and now I know why it was try one free. I ended up buying one with the free one because my hair is long and dark brown. Well last night I bleached for about 45, and NOTHING happened, only lifted it to brown. I'm trying to get my hair blonde enough to where Manic Panic's ultra violet will show to it's brightest. I'm going into Sally's today to try their Flash Lightening Bleach Kit and was wondering how long I should wait to bleach again. My hair has no signs of damage either, still silky smooth.
Can someone tell me how long I should wait because I would really like to dye it this week and I'm thinking Monday is too early.
By the way, not to be rude or anything, but please don't tell me "You shouldn't have bleached it at all" or criticize what I'm doing, I know the risk and it's my hair.
Someone with experience please help and if you tried Manic Panic Flash kit, tell me you're results !

It's my favorite bleach kit, and it always gets the job done! And Monday wouldn't be too early, especially if you're gonna do Manic Panic after, because the color will condition your hair.
