i want to buy a camera and i want to know your opinion on these cameras , durability and specs, what do you think? has yours started messing up yet or no?
the cameras listed are about 150-200 bucks

You only stated Camera manufacturers but not the specific models. So this will be a very tough decision to make. With the limited info, I can only give you some basics with Camera selection.
Durability
What type of durability are you looking for? If you are talking about real durability, some cameras are now designed to take 5 foot drops and can be submerged underwater in a maximum depth of around 10-33 feet. To get what I am talking about check the Olympus models.

But this will easily exceed your 200 bucks price range.
If you are talking about day to day normal use durability, then it is another thing all together.
Specs
What are you looking for in a camera?
Are you the point and shoot type of person or are you going for serious photography planning to tweak settings like aperture, exposure, shutter speed, with external lens adjustment?
What size of photos do you plan to print? 4R? 5R? etc.
If you plan on printing 5R photos only, a 7 mega pixel camera can easily do that job.
Other things to consider.
Rechargeable Battery.
Do you go for proprietary batteries, or double AA sized rechargeable batteries?
Proprietary batteries: cameras that uses this normally have a slimmer body making it more portable and pocket friendly. Problem with this, shall you run out of battery power, then you should always have a spare handy, if none, then sorry.
AA batteries: Cameras using AA batteries are more versatile, and you can always use standard Alkaline batteries in case of emergency. Drawback is, Cameras this size are generally more bulky.
Technology
Most cameras compete on technology like, Auto Face detection, smile capture function, Image stabilizer, motion stabilizer, anti shake, etc. Are you picky with these type of functions?
ViewFinder
I personally prefer cameras with viewfinders and LCDs. I find the view finders useful when I am saving on battery as LCDs take around 20% of the battery power. I also use the view finder in very sunny conditions where it is difficult to use the LCD screen because of glare.
Last, the Camera Size.
So you have to decide on what you are really looking for in a Camera for people in the community to help you.
In general terms, I have previously used Olympus, Kodak, and Canon Cameras. My present camera is Canon Power A570IS (7.1 megapixels).
Main purpose is to be a point and shoot camera, with some professional settings (Aperture and shutter speed settings) shall I plan on being more creative in the future. No plans of underwater shooting nor dropping the camera. It also utilizes 2x AA batteries. (as I personally prefer AA batteries even if the size does gets bigger)
My brother on the other hand uses a Canon IXUS 50. Uses proprietary batteries, very slim, and he attaches to his belt everyday.
So it really depends on where you plan to use the camera. I use mine occasionally so I don't mind the size. My brother on the other hand uses it everyday so he got a slimmer camera.
As you can see, in my family, we prefer canon cameras as it has proven to be dependable during the years (assuming you take care of it of course). If I would suggest an affordable point and shoot camera for you, it will be the Canon Power shot A470. It is the slimmest camera using AA batteries to date.

But if you are looking for a hardcore robust camera. meaning, a camera that will last without worrying about taking care of it, go for the olympus cameras mentioned on the link above. If I had the budget, I will be getting one of the Olympus cameras due to its durability, versatility, and it way more portable than my present camera. And I would also love shooting underwater photos without purchasing additional underwater casings/sleeves.
