so I don't know if you have ever seen it, but there are certain photo editors that you can make one color stand out and the rest of the colors be kept black and white...If you have seen one of these photo editors then please give me the website or something.

Are you using Windows or MAC/
you can achieve what you want with either system, regardless of what photo editing software you have,
there's a program called XnView, it is the best photo editor ever invented, it is free and super easy to use, I'm sure if you gogle it you'll find it.
then just select the picture, goto color correction, and you'll have a bar with the colors, just raise the bar for the color you want and that is tit.
